Inspired by the traditional Ayurvedic method, this intensely detoxifying soaking salt recipe is designed to warm the body, promoting a healthy release of toxins and to stimulate circulation. Used since achient times, this method rejuvenates tired muscles, relaxes tension and can be very helpful when you are feeling "under the weather". This is a must after a stressful day, at the start of a cold or when you've over indulged.

Key Ingredients: Mustard Seeds, Epsom Salt, Himalayan Salt, Ginger, Lavender, Rosemary, Cinnamon, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Sodium Bicarbonate

Use: This practice is best done at night, prior to sleep. Add 1 bag to a tub of warm water, soak for 15 to 20 minutes, or less if you have sensitive skin. Breath deeply and allow your body to fully relax. You may notice tingling and warming sensations, and you will most likely notice some sweating. This is normal. Pay attention to your body. It will tell you when you are done. After bathing, shower, if possible in cool water, to rinse off. Briskly rub the body with a warm dry towel to further release toxins. Bundle up in a warm bed and enjoy a beautiful nights sleep!
